Pinot Franc - dry red collection wine, produced from grapes of the Pinot Franc variety, the fruit of the year 2001, cultivated on the hills of the south of the Republic of Moldova, the vineyards of the Cahul district, an ideal area for the production of quality wines. The Pinot Franc variety, along with Pinot Noir, was also known to the ancient Romans and ancient Persians. This variety is native to Burgundy, France.

Color – ruby, with notes of ripe cherries

Aroma – complex, perfectly complemented by ripe cherry and plum notes

Taste – silky, soft, with notes of cherries, strawberries and raspberries. The aftertaste is long, pleasant, oily, blackcurrant and plum, with aging tones

Temperature for consumption – + 10 + 18°С

Storage temperature – +5 + 20°С

Culinary Associations – suitable for meat, seafood, fruit and dessert
