Pastoral

Pastoral - red liqueur wine, produced from Cabernet Sauvignon grapes harvested from vineyards in the southern region of the Republic of Moldova, ideal due to the climatic conditions for the production of quality wines. According to the French production technology, the grape must is heated and kept for a while at high temperatures. Thanks to this method, the color, taste and aromatic substances are extracted from the grapes in a much more complete range. Namely, the Pastoral wine from Vinia Traian is produced according to such technology, which has become classic for the production of wine. An expressive aroma of honey and safflower, with hints of chocolate and prunes, are the distinct characteristics of this wine.
