Merlot - dry red wine, produced according to a special technology from grapes selected from the Merlot variety, picked from the plantations of the "Vinia Traian" company, in Protected Geographical Indication region Valul lui Traian (Trajan's wave). The given region is unique for its pedo-climatic conditions for the production of red wines. The Merlot variety was created in the province of Bordeaux, in France.

Color – dark ruby with brick undertones

Aroma – impressed bouquet of dried cherry, cherry pit and chocolate nuances

Taste – soft and round, velvety, easy to drink, without too much stringiness

Temperature for consumption – + 16 + 18°С

Storage temperature – +5 + 20°С

Culinary Associations – grilled pork, duck breast with baked vegetables
