Cabernet Sauvignon - red dry collection wine with PGI Reserve, made from selected grapes of the Cabernet Sauvignon variety, hand-harvested from our own plantations, the Valul lui Traian (Trajan's Wave) Protected Geographical Indication area. The given region is unique for its pedo-climatic conditions for the production of red wines. The Cabernet Sauvignon variety was created in the province of Bordeaux, in France.

Year of harvest 2015 - 1500 bottles.

Year of harvest 2017 - 5000 bottles.

Year of harvest 2018 - 3000 bottles.

Year of harvest 2019 - 3000 bottles.

Color – ruby, with notes of ripe cherries and smoked plums

Aroma – complex, perfectly complemented by notes of ripe sour cherries, smoky plums. Bouquet dominated by chocolate and oak wood

Taste – silky, soft with cherry notes. The aftertaste is long, with aging tones

Temperature for consumption – + 10 + 18°С

Storage temperature – +5 + 20°С

Culinary Associations – pasta with red sauce, lasagna, grilled ribs, stew, semi-hard cheeses
