Merlot - dry red wine, produced according to a special technology from grapes selected from the Merlot variety, picked from the plantations of the "Vinia Traian" company, located in the south of Moldova, Cahul district. The Merlot variety was created in the province of Bordeaux, in France.

Color – dark ruby

Aroma – light tones of ripe cherries, blueberries, blackberries, forest flowers

Taste – delicate, slightly sweet, soft and fruity, nice long persistence

Temperature for consumption – + 16 + 18°С

Storage temperature – +5 + 20°С

Culinary Associations – pork, game meat, goulash, cabbage rolls
