Saperavi - red dry wine, produced according to a special technology from grapes selected from the Saperavi variety, picked from the plantations of the "Vinia Traian" company, in the southern part of the Republic of Moldova, ideal for the production of red wines. The Saperavi variety was created in the historical province of Kakheti in Georgia.

Color – rich ruby with a dark purple hue

Aroma – notes of pomegranate, spiced with black pepper

Taste – especially soft and velvety with pleasant fruity notes

Temperature for consumption – + 16 + 18°С

Storage temperature – +5 + 20°С

Culinary Associations – grilled lamb meat, veal stew
